ethos is the Latin word for atmosphere. ethos exists at NorthShore to help cultivate and create an atmosphere of safety, liveliness, and fun. We want every student that walks into NorthShore to feel loved, accepted, and welcomed. We want students to know that we support them and believe in them. This is what ethos is all about. The ethos team is made up of adult leaders and students. They all look for ways to get students to interact so no one feels left out. Some of these ways include greeters to welcome everyone that comes through the door and a cafe. The ethos cafe @ NorthShore has food and drink items that help promote a fun environment. ethos also has new guests fill out a connect card so we can keep them connected with what is happening at NorthShore.
